Elite Core (a DBA of Westgrove Lane Enterprises LLC) ships research compounds within the United States only. All products are sold strictly for laboratory, academic, and institutional research use. Not for human or animal consumption.

Domestic Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate Priority Shipping: $9.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders over $50 (subtotal, before tax)
• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your label is generated.

Transit Time

Standard shipping typically delivers in 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Total delivery window from order placement to arrival is generally 3 to 8 business days. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically when the shipping label is generated. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the order details page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Every order is covered by our damage protection guarantee. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact support@elitecore.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will ship a one-time replacement at no additional cost. Full details, eligibility, and exclusions are on our Refund and Reship Policy page.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Elite Core is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. Re-shipment due to customer address error will incur an additional $9.95 shipping charge.

They are not intended for human or animal use, dosing, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or representative of a research institution.
