Track it from your account. Open Orders in your dashboard to see the status of each order and a Track order action. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days in discreet, protective packaging.
View OrdersOpen the Lab Results page and search by batch number. Every certificate of analysis is public and opens without a purchase. New lab reports appear there within 24 hours of arriving from the lab.
Go to Lab ResultsOrders are covered by our Refund and Reship policy. For a return or reship request, choose Returns and Refunds in the form above and include your order number.
