These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elite Core website at elitecore.org (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products from Westgrove Lane Enterprises LLC, doing business as Elite Core (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Site and our products are available only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who are qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, or scientific institutions. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold on the Site are intended For Research Use Only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. 3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping
Orders ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Reships
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, misuse, or dissatisfaction. Reconstituted products, opened vials, and any product whose seal has been broken are strictly non-returnable. We do provide damage protection on every order: if your product arrives damaged, lost in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will ship a one-time replacement at no additional cost. 7. SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, your use of that service is governed by our SMS Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, is owned by Westgrove Lane Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) misrepresent your identity or eligibility; (c) attempt to access any non-public area of the Site; (d) use any automated means to access or interact with the Site without our consent; or (e) interfere with the operation of the Site or its security.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Westgrove Lane Enterprises LLC, Elite Core, or any of its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Westgrove Lane Enterprises LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your purchase or use of products, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
