What CJC-1295 is

CJC-1295 without Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), also called Modified GRF (1-29), is a 29-amino-acid synthetic analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). Four amino acid substitutions protect the peptide from enzymatic cleavage and extend its half-life compared with native GHRH(1-29). The No DAC form lacks the albumin-binding group of the DAC version, so it has a shorter duration in experimental systems.

Research literature studies CJC-1295 (No DAC) in GHRH receptor signaling, growth hormone pulsatility in animal models, and the pharmacology of modified GHRH analogs, often in combination work with secretagogues such as ipamorelin.
