GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide)
50mgGHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, a tripeptide that occurs naturally in plasma and binds copper with high affinity. It is studied in dermal fibroblast cultures for collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, in animal wound models for matrix remodeling, and in gene expression profiling studies. Hair follicle and copper transport models round out the literature.
- Extracellular matrix synthesis

- Copper transport
- Gene expression profiling
Models: Dermal fibroblast cultures; animal wound models; skin explants
