BPC-157 is a stable 15 amino acid pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice. It is studied in rodent models of tendon, ligament, muscle and gastrointestinal mucosa injury, and in tendon fibroblast cultures for cell outgrowth and migration. Mechanistic work focuses on VEGFR2 and nitric oxide system signaling, angiogenesis and growth hormone receptor expression.
TB-500 is the research name for synthetic thymosin beta-4, a 43 amino acid actin-sequestering peptide present in most cell types. It is studied for cell migration, angiogenesis and tissue remodeling in rodent dermal wound models, in cardiac injury models in mice and in corneal epithelial cultures. Its central LKKTET actin-binding motif is the subject of fragment studies.

Keep sealed vials refrigerated at 2 to 8 C, or frozen at minus 20 C for longer storage, and keep them dry.
Protect from light. Keep each vial in its carton until it is needed.
For research use, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, letting the water run down the vial wall and swirling gently rather than shaking.
Label each vial with the reconstitution date and log the printed lot number so results trace back to a certificate of analysis.
